Jamie King - President
Jamie King Founded MVP Kids Books. A native of Stafford, Virginia King was a high school quarterback and also played quarterback for the Virginia Storm at the minor league level. King was named AFA Coach of the Year in 1996 after leading the MDFL Fredericksburg Generals to the AFA National Championship. He hosted several NFL talk shows including the Mark Rypien Show with former Super Bowl MVP Quarterback Mark Rypien of the Washington Redskins. One of five boys King enjoys writing songs and working on new story concepts for MVP Kids Books projects. King also serves as the CEO of Coach Files, a national recruiting service for high school athletes nationwide.
King and his family reside in Fredericksburg, Virginia. In terms of the MVP Kids Books company King said "We have assembled a great team for our first book "What Teammates Do" featuring former NFL great Andre Collins - author, and our top notch illustrator Jay Throckmorton. My vision is to produce high quality books that will be something special for children all across America".
